Thank you Aunt Becca for this fabulous fixture!! I forgot to take a before picture, so I will describe it. It was black (kinda rusty in areas) and hung on a chain. I want it over my dining room table, so my hubby is modifying it by bending pipe, rewiring, and painting! It is great...so far. I can't wait to eat under its yellow glow!

Enough pics?
Looks so good--just like you described you wanted it to look when you showed it to us. Can't wait to come over and see it in person. :)
ReplyDeleteoh paul and haley! I am so impressed! The combo of the clean cream to make it modern, mixed with the gold and blue, and taken a step to the industrial/ sporty side with the blue cord. It is so cool! And you have given my grandparent's light fixture a new life. This is sentimental to me that something of their life now has a new life and goes on...love you creative sibs.

That's pretty impressive--looks like something I'd see on HGTV's Design on a Dime and admire but never have the courage to attempt (or the vision to know where to put it in my house). Love you!

Nice job Haley! I love it that you envisioned what you wanted and went after it. Feels good to create--see your ideas become reality! We're gonna see more of these right? I can see a cute little shop selling them :)
